Crocuses Coming?

We know they're down there just waiting for a warm day to melt their blanket of snow. We're ready for them and they will be here soon, we know. Keep an eye out at the library. The crocuses seem to like popping up there first.
Happy spring!

Membership Showcase

March 24 is right around the corner and so is the Membership Showcase. It's one of your member benefits: a chance to network with other Greenfield business owners and potential customers, but it's downright fun, too. We've gotten great feedback from members and nonmembers alike who are planning to attend. There's still time to reserve a table (for free!) but they're going fast. E-mail Kate to make sure you get one. And don't forget to bring business cards and some cash for the bar and raffles to win door prizes, cash and advertising packages with local media. See you at the Greenfield Grille from 5 to 9 pm on Thursday, March 24!

Music Festival Coming to Greenfield

Musicians from as far as Montreal and as near as Northfield will be in Greenfield March 26 for the Upper Valley Music Festival to benefit the American Cancer Society. Two venues, the Arts Block and the Pushkin, will host 19 bands with styles ranging from jazz to traditional to funk for 12 hours of music. Interested in offering concertgoers discounts to encourage business? Contact Al Sax. He's also putting together a program and accepting advertisements.

Franklin County Home Show and Green Fair
The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce and the Greenfield Business Association bring together exhibitors for home improvement and green living for the 2011 Franklin County Home Show and Green Fair. The fair, which includes activities for children and good food, will be at the Franklin County Fairgrounds on April 16 and 17. More details and a link to the vendor application.
